$6e datastream ?

Is it possible to have the $6e code display the tps% as well as the tps volts in the datastream using datamaster and/or tunerpro rt as it does in the $8d version of datamaster.

absolutely. open the tunerpro datastream def edit, set the operation for the TPS to "percent", set the max to your TPS sensors max (4.30 or so), set the min to your TPS sensor's min (.55 or so).

That will do it.

If you want both displayed, create a new item, copying the parameters from the existing TPS item, then make it a percentage operation as explained above.
