7730 Which bin to (re)-start?

OK,

I am going to give my 7730 one more final shot at tuning with my Holley 4 Barrell TBI.

Which bin should I start with?

I have a 402 (6.6 liter) Big Block Chevy, with mildly pocketed and ported truck heads, Crane Camshaft 266 (Desktop Dyno showing 430 Lb/ft at 3400 rpm with 392 HP at 5500 rpm).
Doug Thorley Tri-Y headers, dual 2 1/2" exhaust with BIG Magnaflow mufflers. I have hwy gears with 3.73s and 37" (true 36" tall tires), manual trans SM465 with wide ratios.
An Edelbrock Dual Plane manifold, with a 1" spacer (else the TBI left a teeny tiny gap and sucked in part of the intake gasket).

The Holley TBI (920-CFM IIRC) - being a 4 barrell, seems to have a larger opening per TPS percentages... (just a guess really, since, I haven't been able to measure or see a STOCK TBI, let alone a TPI intake.

Which bin should I start with?

What should I look at after I redo my VEs? I presume (like always) the AE will be lean.

THANKS!
