Car: 84 SVO Engine: Volvo headed 2.3T Transmission: WCT5 Axle/Gears: 8.8" 3.73 | You need to stack the bin to 64K size or place the bin in the uppermost 16K of the eprom.
I use a 32K flash and just stack two copies of $58 of whatever version bin I'm using.
This should fix your problem.
