Assuming STP 1 gallon of gasoline is 6.25 lbs. So 30 lbs = 4.8 Gallons. 4.8 gal/hour , what definition file are you using that has it in gal/hour?
Also, I'd advise you getting a 1227730 or 1227749 ecm, installing a 2-bar map sensor, repinning the harness, install a resistor then jumper for the knock sensor to work, and running the sy/ty turbo truck code. This will allow your ecm to read boost and atmosphere correctly for a boosted application. It's not very hard to do the conversion.
