Can someone explain Spark Tables PLS, 8D, 730

I've just finished tuning my VE tables and ready to adjust spark for more power but, I'm not sure what these tables are and how they work.
Using TunerPro, 730 and S_AUJP on a 383 HSR. Tables are:
1. Spark Advance REL to TDC. Does this already add in my initial 10 deg's or do I add 10 to get my final numbers?
2. Spark Advance REL to REF Pulse Degrees? I have no clue how this works.
Appreciate if someone could explain these tables. Thanks.

Those are not the tables they are the ALDL output items for logging where the spark advance is during operation.
The SA tables are (should be) labled "main" and "extended" just like the VE tables. There are a bunch of other constants and tables such as "closed throttle Vs. RPM" that also can be tweaked for hot restart etc.
Remember when you change the spark, the VE will need to be readjusted as well.

Edit: To answer your 1st, It already contains the "Base" mechanical advance that you set in the bin so you won't have to add it again.

2nd one As a guess I'd say it is the amount of advance added as compared to the base timing DRP that is used as the input to the ECM.

Oops, yeah youre right. I did write that down while I was looking at my CSV. Thanks for setting this post straight.

So, a reading of 28.43 in this "Spark Advance REL to TDC" is total timing added for the corresponding RPM/MAP, got it! From old school tuning, I would want that to reach a peak of 36 deg during a WOT run, correct?

I have yet to see a knock count and my highest timing reading is 34.XX during a WOT run. I wish I had a measuring tool but, I dont other than the engine is feeling snappier/crisper. Thanks.

thats strange, if you go here,

and then click on Tables, then click Spark Advance. that takes you to the same page he linked above, so the page is still there and working. you just can't get there with the link.
even using copy & pasting it into another browser adress bar won't get you there.
