constant 128 blm?

Hi, my car last time i data logged ran a consistant 128 blm. I know it wasnt true, because of how it was running. What are the factors in which the computer would constantly put out 128blm?
Thanks for any available help.

Could have been that you weren't in closed loop. Did you check the closed-loop flag value?
