i already found some threads about that issue, but no answer that helped me
My problem is, that the ECM stays all the time in BLM Cell 4, and all changes i make in the VE tables seems to have no effect.
What i have is a 350 L05 engine with a 85 TPI setup, but now running SD with 730 ECM. The engine was a stock TBI. The engine runs fine with a stock 350 TPI calibration, but needs a bit fine tuning. (I work with TunerPro RT as scan tool and Tunercat for programming)
In the threads i found were two reasons for my problem:
1. no VSS signal at the ECM
or
2. something with the purge canister
1. is ok, i have the VSS directly at the ECM, and control my speedo over the ECM, so since my speedo works, even the ECM has its VSS signal
2. my car has no purge canister. First i worked with the stock configuration for the purge canister, later i tried to set the duty cycle to 0%, but it was always the same problem, ECM stays always in Cell 4
So now i need your input guys, i don't where i should go on

it stays in cell 4 due to you changing the settings for the purge canister, copy the settings back then i think you just need to lower the duty cycle, look in the tuning stickies here theres a write up on it
i'm a bit wondering about the 0 kpa setting, but every $8D bin i look at, has them, how can this work? i mean, 0 kpa are never reached ... or is this yet another Tunercat bug in combination with the German Windows XP version? maybe anybody could post a screenshot of the same values for me to see if it looks something different

hm, file attechment didn't work, heres the screenshot: canisterpurge.jpg

You could try the S_AUJP bin that is posted and see if the problem goes away. There is a version with CCP and one without.
Settings are already done for you in case you missed one or put in a value that caused a problem.
Also the V2 and V3 files had different settings for larger TB. Start with the original first just to see. The spark may be too aggressive for some apps but my motor liked it (Iron heads, 9.3:1)
The zero values are just indicating the "base" value. You have to have two values to interpolate the actual value from.
