Some old info I found on the DIY-EFI site a while back.
Code:
Some GM part numbers:
If you're building/repairing a harness for the 1227165/727/730/749/808/747 ecms,
you'll need 12047946 and 12045575.
For 3 connector ECMs you'll also want 12089591.
These are "car side" ECM connectors.
Crimp terminals for the above are 12089660.
The connector inside a 747/808/148 ECM is Packard #12020756.
The yellow connector on a 730/749 is 12048046

I did not think the terminals would be the same for the 7730 and the 7727 b/c the 7727 is an underhood ECM exposed to the harsh engine compartment environment. So doing extensive research (hours of searching around on www.delphisecure2.com), I was able to locate the p/n's I was looking for.... and then some. So here is what I found out:
12066132 - terminals
12052924 - seals for the terminals (package of 20 p/n 12048086 seals)
12065877 - Connector 'C' (Green on my Vette)
12065878 - Connector 'D' (brown on my Vette)
12065876 - Connector 'B' (Red on my Vette)
12065875 - Connector 'A' (yellow on my Vette - manual says Yellow or Gray)
12059155 - Header for connectors 'A' and 'B' (header is what is attached to the ECM and what the connector mates to)
12059154 - Header for connectors 'C' and 'D'
I think the connectors and headers are discontinued.

Not only did I look up the p/n's for the terminals...... I compared the p/n the connector drawing called out witht p/n 12089660 (that the DIY-EFI site references)
I found the terminals are not the same length for starters, and the dimensions and shapes are just a bit different. I do not know if the are interchangeable, so since p/n 12066132 is available, I will try that one.
Maybe this info should be catalogged somewhere????
