One BLM cell for entire WOT run?

I just got my 383TPI in my vehicle and did after break in did some WOT runs and recorded the data using my Diacom. Overall the data looks good, o2 800-850mV, no knock retard, etc. My problem is that when I look at the BLM cell number it stays the same from 1000 rpm to 4600 rpm, never changes??? As I understand it, the BLM is a 16 cell matrix based on RPM and engine load. For this reason I would expect to see 4 different cell numbers as my rpms go from idle to redline. Can anyone help? This is my first time using a Diacom. Thanks

could use more info.
The blm in open loop will reside at 128 actuall both the int and blm. When in closed loop you want the blm to stick in the 120 to 128 rng . it may stray from this under normal drivng. The blm max.min is 160/108. now if you are sitting at either of these ranges then you definately need some chip tuning.
Also under WOT (PE) the ECM will also be in open loop=BLM 128

Hope this helps alittle.
Dennis

I beleive you are refering to the BLM "VALUE". I am talking about the BLM "Cell number" My INT is set at 128( by ecm default for WOT)and my BLM value is 134. Thanks
