computer chip

I am putting a performance 350 in my 86 Iroc, it has aftermarket heads, cam., nothing is stock except the TPI. The TPI is from my original 305. I am eventually going to have a custom chip burned, maybe by TPIs? But for now do you think a Hypertech stage 3 chip for a 350 would be better than my stock 305 chip?? Do you think that the Hypertech chip and an A.F.P.R. would be alright for a while until I can get a custom chip?? What about my 19lb. injectors?? I am worried about damage to my new engine. I don't want it to run to lean. The engine shouldn't be putting out more than 365 h.p. Any help would be appreciated. Anyone know how much h.p. the 19lb injectors are good for?

19s will flat be about out at 320HP..
At 300 your gonna just have to do something. For the price of the aftermarket chips where at best they guess at what you have you could be work on getting things really right for YOUR car.

Read thru the posts, and you'll see what guys think about burning their own.
