running 1228746 ECM, need help with something

I have a '91 camaro RS, ECM 1228746 ANTT and all of the pollution control stuff with the exception of the EGR has been removed.

my problem is a non steady RPM in park,,the pic attached shows that AIR Divert solenoid ON and AIR Divert switch ON are both active..my car no longer has these, however every time the ECM unchecks AIR Divert switch ON Flag the RPM changes, and when it becomes checked again the RPM changes,
The changes are exactly in sync with the RPM increase and decrease..

so where in the bin file are these located so i can disable them and verify that this is the source of the problem?

Thanks in Advance,
Rick

Try setting location $4A5 to 0 (the maximum coolant temperature). That may do the trick. I haven't looked into the '8746 AIR code too much, but that location is an on/off threshold temperature.
