Source for ECM connector crimp pins?

Anyone know where to source the crimp pins for making your own harness? I could use a couple old harnesses, but would rather start fresh and rather do it myself than pay $300+ for a harness I could easily make myself.
Just curious I know someone has to still ake and sell them as so many places offer services such as repinning MAF to MAP harness etc..
Any info helps. Thank You.
Already got the 730 ECM connectors from TPI PARTS.
Have spools of wire waiting to go to town, just need the last very important part of this to make it happen.

You might try EFI Connection. S10Wildside on this site, and I have bought a couple TPI harnesses from him, and he just built a 2002 Express Van harness for me. I have bought several connectors also from him. He is a member on this site and sells on ebay also.

Awesome you guys are the best,
Now I have a source which is the best, but anyone know if it is any cheaper to go through Delphi directly instead of say GM parts direct?>
They do list the part on DElphi in packs of 100.
GM parts direct sells them at 0.67$ / per piece. A little salty I must say.
If that is what it is then hey oh well I'll suck it up and buy them, just wondered if anyone had actually purchased these anywhere else and if there was a cheaper source for them. ? I want to buy a good size quantity as I will be building several harnesses and a couple adapters to go from 165 -730.
The pqart number in question is 12089660
Thank you all again/

Anna,
Tried that site and seems like a dead link to a banner page? If it is under repair I will try back, but seems like a loophole dead end right now?

If you have a slow connection www.rosesandwrenches will come up. The ABC banner comes up first but if you wait it will come up. For people with High speed internet it comes right up. Do not click on the banner link just wait for the roses and wrenches website to come up.

sophinity,

You're in Arizona. Pep Boys stocks GM ECM pins. Just bought a couple packs of 5 last month.

Glad to help. Pep Boys is the only chain store I know of that carries specific pins and numerous unique connectors too. Some of these parts are not on the shelf -- you'll have to ask the counter dude. The ECM pins were on the shelf, at least at the 22nd / Kolb store.

Thank you so much, bought up their last couple boxes, this will get me through till I try and get a large quantity from Delphi/Packard.
I painstakingly decrimped two old 165 pigtails I had and retrieved 30+ terminals from that. I will need to resolder them now but hey it will get me going.
Pep boys had them in their overlooked but rather well stocked electrical section. However the people can't even tell you where to find a one way vacuum valve? Go figure.
Thanks again.
You guys/gals always come through!!
Oh and Anna I did finally get the site to work with IE which locks up my system from time to time. Seems Netscape is the culprit. I am impressed with the offerings you have, thank you for your input as well.

I'd swear GM sells them in a 10 pack or more.
Been a while, don't remember how I did it.
I think I found them by looking up connectors and the pins came up too.
I you search on here for crimpers, you should find a few links or tips too.

GM does sell them in a pack of 10 at I think it was .87 a piece. Fine for a few, but if you need to build a whole harness etc. that gets a little salty.
I have sourced enough to get my harness going but am still always open to the knowledge of where to get a large qty as I may be making more harnesses soon. I think that the supplier to GM Packard/Delphi is the only place and that I would need to buy a bit lot of them. I will post what happens with that when I get the time to call up the auth dealer for them in AZ.
Thank you all again.

Oh and I thought I would post this for those not in AZ.
A chain store here named Pep Boys carries them on the floor in the electrical section. Manufacturer is
Conduct-Tite ( I believe motormite is the main manufacturer name)
The pt # on the box is 85324
Technician grade GM ECM Pin
came in a box of 5 for $3.99 salty but for the person that just needs a few ain't that bad at tall.
So far these websites offer this part
https://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/mfr,MOTORMITE
http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductL...rtnumber=85324

Rock auto sells them at 1.94 pr pack pretty good did not check S/H though
Parts America (checker/Kragen/schucks etc) sells them at the $3.99 price tag but unfortunately from the looks of it do not carry them in the stores from what I could find.
So
GMpartsdirect
pt# 12089660
$0.67/piece but a mandatory 9.95 S/H is added so unless you buy a bunch it is salty.
Pt # 85324 as a Dorman/Motormite part at many sites and parts stores.
Price varies by store.
Good luck to all.
And again when I get in contact with the Packard electrics rep and figure out what that is going to cost/per piece I will post that as well.
Thank you

You might want to give these guys a call:

Welcome to Fuel Injection Specialties

They build harnesses so they've got the pins. I just don't know if they will sell them outstanding....
