Re: V6 owners, take a look

I think the stalling problem is fixed. It has been 4 days in cold starting weather and not one stall. Not sure what fixed it, but my guess would be one of the ECM pins was loose.

I removed the P.S. switch connector, EGR connectors.

I got rid of DFCO (going to try it again soon to determine if it was in fact an ECM pin).

I removed the ZIF socket and re-installed; Also, I removed about 20-30 ECM terminals and crimped them a little and pushed the tabs out more to make sure they are seated nice and tight.

I'll update after I enable DFCO, thanks guys! (bl85c and RBob especially!)

Re: V6 owners, take a look

I did this awhile ago, but anyone interested in writing their own code should check this out.

Anyone using PA6E, are you more interested in a 3 bar or 2 bar map? Both can be had cheap now, but 2 bar will give better resolution.

Re: V6 owners, take a look

I've picked this project up again while I have a bit of free time, hopefully I'll be able to release another version of PA6E with a couple things I was working on for version 2.0. The main difference between this and v1.2 will be an AFR based spark modifier table, an IAT spark retard table and minor stuff like a bit to modify the way the PWM table works.

I'm also thinking about writing code for E85 compatibility that will use a flex fuel sensor to adjust tables on the fly based on what's in your tank. That will probably be part of v3.0 though. If I'm left with enough time I'm going to do a modified version for v8's as well but I'm going to need a tester to help me with that.
