Dual Power Willem SST 27SF512

Anyone have any luck burning the 27SF512 chips with the willem programmers? I am able to read and erase correctly but no luck programming. I have set the DIP settings correct as well as the 2 jumpers next to the ziff socket. I was able to burn 27C256 chips but not these. I have also tried using both usb power and ac adapter. I have noticed a few more jumpers around the board. Do any of these need to be adjusted? Did anyone have a picture of the correct setup?
