PE % change to rpm help please

hello im trying to get understanding on how the #s work in pe% change to coolant temp and rpm
on rpm stock it shows 0- 1200 rpm 3.13
1600 shows 6.25
2000 shows -5.47
then from here starts at 3.13 and climbs to 7.81 at 4400 rpm and then back to negitive
Im trying to understand how these work
what do these #s convert to for air fuel ratio
please help

PE does not convert to air fuel ration. PE (power enrichment) is fuel added over the standard fuel tables at WOT, using the PE vs Coolant and PE vs RPM tables (MAF tables)... it adds PE vs. Coolant and PE vs RPM fuel calcuations and equates an injector pulse to provide that fuel amount. It is only used at WOT, and allows you to add more fuel by temp and RPM. The coolant table changes fueling at the temperature for ALL rpm... and the RPM tables changes the fueling for ALL coolant temps.

so how do these #s work when u have positve lets just say 10 does that mean 10% more
