Car wont start new prom Please help

all right here goes 2weeks ago i went to start my car to move it out of the way and it took alot of cranking to get it going . it would start but want to die but that was problay bad gas sat for 4months so it was running good after a wile
so today i went to start and all i get is cranking no start
now i burned my own chip a month ago and first time i started it was 2weeks ago but it ran
Today before i tryed to start it i put new oxgen sensor wire in because it was rubbing on engine block so i cut purple wire in harness and there was 2 purple wires one for vss and other for oxgen sensor. i checkd voltage for the oxgen senor beforei cut it to make sure they were the same.

AND WHEN I TOOK CHIP BACK IN HOUSE THE CHIP VERFICATION FAILED I HAD TO CHANGE THE CHIP ADDRESS FOR 27SF512
ALSO WHEN I LOOKED AT THE FILE THAT I BURNED BEFORE SAID 30K INSTEAD OF 32K
BUT ITS ALL FIXED NOW BUT CAR STILL WONT START DID I FRY ECM??????????

It is a good Idea to have a move the car Chip (oem stock or burned). Known good, not perfect, to double check any chip burning issues.
