Looks like it finally happened. My L1H1 sensor died after abt 30K miles.
At least I think it died. It was working normally, as I was cruising down the highway, then next time I glanced over the voltmeter was reading 2.503v and no longer moving. Voltage hasn't moved since.
Anyone know where I can get another?
After searching the forum, I'm still not positive a L2H2 or L3H3 will work.
If so, I've found a Honda part# 36531-RCA-A01 (L2H2) for a decent price.
It shows to fit a 05 Honda Odyssey V6 3.5L.
I remember there was a lot of discussion abt these sensors a while back, but I'm not sure it was ever resolved.
The L2H2 is the same sensor as the L1H1. The differences are in the wire colors, length, lack of grommet and the calibration resistor. To use the L2H2 don't use the supplied CalR.
Use either a pot or a fixed resistor in it's place. To find the correct value will need to free air calibrate for the proper Vout in air.
I believe the part # serves many vehicles. On the Innovate site and their forum they list the part # Bosch. I was told by Innovate that the life of sensor is dependent on where it is located and also start up procedure. Mine is ign on-sensor heat on. fuel pump off- sensor off. starter on- sensor off. car runs -sensor on. So no voltage spikes to controller and no moisture on hot sensor. that kills it very soon. Also they suggested I move sensor back farther in ext stream as I had it at header collector flange.
