7730 syclone bin Tunnerpro-RT ostrich 2.0 what am i doing wrong

i am having a h*ll of a time loading my syclone bin file onto my ostrich it says no xdf file and every time i ^ upload to emulator it says sucsesfull but when i verifi its a no go ?????? confussed

Are you loading an xdf file? I don't think I've ever seen an error that says "no xdf". I've seen a "Mismatched xdf and ads" error though.

Do you have "checksum disabled by upload"? If you do the verify WILL fail. Checksum does need to be disabled to to emulate, otherwise a prom error will pop up once a change or two is made.

Make sure you grab the latest xdf file available on code59.org Check back after you confim thats the file you're using. I'm using the same setup, 730ecm, $59 bin, Tunerpro RT and an Ostrich 2. My car runs great.

It sounds like he's using $58, by the "syclone bin" part. a $59 xdf won't work properly with a $58 bin.

ok got the thing to verifi quick question about aldl. do i need the 7730 aldl or the $58 aldl?????

$58 ALDL def. The ALDL data and scheduling is done in the chip (bin) not the ECM.
