My ecm is clamped to a max INT of 128 in drive. The INT will move above and below 128 just fine at idle, but when it's lean in drive the int will climb until it hits 128 and stop like it's hit a ceiling.
It seems to have started when I switched to an analog tbird maf. I've checked out all my grounds, connected and disconnected various inputs and messed with the calibration 'till I couldn't come up with anything else that would be remotely related. I had something similar happen before where it was clamped off at idle- turned out the O2 switchpoints were off but that's not the case this time. I haven't had as much time to mess with this as I normally would but I'm hellbent on getting this straightened out.

3.4 block converted to roller valvetrain with 220/225 cam on 115 lsa, early '769' heads with 3500 valves, LS6 springs & mild porting, worked over heddman headers, 3500 plenum with ported 3400 lower & 'short star' 65mm throttle. 210hp at 5800ft (that's 270hp at sealevel )
I'm running $6E & my own custom bin based off arap. When I get home from work today I'm going to post a datalog showing what's going on and a copy of the bin I'm using right now. Load calc's look fine.
Can't get the website to load the files properly so I have them at moates.net. Bin's in the custom modified bins section under 2.8 \'165 ecm (E).bin and the datalog in the datalogs & tuning notes section under 2.8 \'165 ecm (B)6.adl.
Try changing 4E3 (decel causes INT reset if LV8 <= this) back down to LV8=40. Now it's set to 255, and my be resetting your INT while driving.
Just a guess...
Good Luck,

Aha, it was staring me in the face the whole time, I just didn't see it. I had 4E3 labled as enable decel enlean if LV8 below X. Thanks again.
