combining BIN files

i have a truck that had an L19 454 from a 94 K3500 installed in it, along with the entire wiring harness, and the 80E. its got a 7427 PCM which i'll need to keep. i sold the engine last spring, and was anticipating building a 383 for the truck. i've recently come across a deal that i couldnt pass up on a 1990 truck, also with an L19. i've changed my plans, and am going to be putting the L19 from that truck in the place of the one i sold. what would it take to combine the BIN from the 1990, as far as the engine parameters, with the 1994 (to control the trans) to get this thing to run like it does in the 90 right now? or should i just stick with the 1994 BIN and hope for the best?
