Cant find BB TBI bins

My son just finished his BB 7.4 conversion into his 94 K1500. I went to my bin library and found I didn't have a bin to start with, so I went to DIY-EFI only to find the bin library link is not there any more. This was a great resource, I wish I would have copied it to disc.

I am trying to find these three bins. BYYD, CAJS, CAJT. These are for the 7427 PCM $OD

I would like to work on this tomorrow so I can get this thing out of my garage.

$0D was never used with a 454... It was $0E and $31...Both of the later worked with the 4L80E that was installed behind the 454.

The way I understood it the $OD was for the C&K 2wd 4wd 2500 and 3500 and the $OE was for the HD 15000 GVW and up, the $31 was for the 95 HD 15000 GVW.

I have both the OD and the OE definition files. The bin I would like to use is the BYYD. It is for the 7427 PCM. Do you have a copy of this bin that I could get from you? This bin does run the 4L80 trans.

$0D was for 1500 and LD 2500 running the 4L60E transmission. The applications requiring 4L80Es were $0E or $31. The Moates.net file section has several TBI 454 .bins in the $0E folder.

Did you swap the 4L80E with the 454? If not, you may want to consider swapping the fuel/timing section of the 454 .BIN into the current $0D calibration.

Yes the 4L60 is still in the truck, and my intent was to transfer SA and VE over along with other things over to the SB file. I geuss I must have got the 454 $OD file idea from Tunercat. He has 454 listed under the $OD definition.

Thanks for the info, I will jump over to Moates and see if I can find the bin IO am looking for.

Re: Cant find BB TBI bins

Went to Moates and didnt find a file that would work with our 7427 PCM. I did some research and it looks like GM only had three bins for the 7427 for the 7.4. 4L80E. Two of them are HD CAJT and CAJS, the third was BYYD EXP.

BJKZ and BHDF are both 7.4 bins.
