7747 to 8625 or 7427 with MAF and 4L60E - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

ok i havnt gotten any answers at fsc so i thought i would ask over here.
i have a 700r4 now with a 7747ecm. im looking for the OD MAF bin and xdf if anyone has it i would appreciate if they would share. also i got ahold of an 8625pcm and have heard it will run OD. just to check i tried looking at stock 8625 bins with the OD xdf and info was all jumbled up? or do i have to use E6? i didnt think you had to. should i just try and find a 7427? or can i use a 8625 with the MAF bin/xdf for OD? thanks

Yes the 8625 will run the $0D code, but comes stock with the $E6 code. You will need a $E6 xdf to view the stock bin. To run $0D code you just burn a new chip with $0D or upload $0D bin to emulator. Then use $0D xdf and ads, it's just that simple.
So why are you wanting to use the MAF code? The $0D will work with a 700R4, all of the programing is there, just have to turn it on and turn off the 4L60E stuff.
If your determined to use a MAF, the code is on here somewhere and also over at TGO.

truck is running i still have the 700r4 for now but with the new ecm when the key is turned to run the fuel pump kicks on and doesnt turn off untill key off. i used the files from DIYEFI website to wire it. what could be wrong?
