Re: Cant greate log file with scannerpro.

Creating a log file with ScannerPro.
1. Start up ScannerPro.
2. Start engine.
3. Click on Connect/ Disconnect in tool bar.
4. Click on Begin Recording in tool bar.
5. Record your log file, take a drive, sit and idle, etc.
6. When finished, click Stop Playback of Current Log Session.
7. New screen appears, name your file, click Save.
8. Click Connect/ Disconnect and shut down engine.
9. Click on Logger in tool bar, drop down to Load Log and click, select the file to view and click Open.
10. Click Play Current Log Session in tool bar and enjoy.

Re: Cant create log file with scannerpro.

I'll give it a try, I started logging in TunerproRT today and it worked fine, I would prefer to use SP though.

I do those steps up to 3, then I click record and nothing happens, it never starts recording and the stop record button is grayed out.

Re: Cant create log file with scannerpro.

Doesn't sound like it's working right. Might want to try the download again. Also, head over to the TunerPro forum and check out the ScannerPro section and see if anyone else has had this problem. If none of that works could send Mark an email.

Re: Cant create log file with scannerpro.

I R&R'd the program, still doing the same thing. I have no problem logging in TPRT, I just want the histograms that scannerpro offers.

I registered at the TP forums. Hopefully someone there will help, I feel bad emailing Mark, I bet he gets tons of emails about **** like this.
