Spark Not Matching Table

The spark I'm seeing on my datalogs doesn't match what's in the tables. Knock retard and coolant compenation check out, it's some problem with the main table. If I set the whole table to 25* I will see that in the datalog but it's wrong with anything higher. Ideas?

Re: Spark Not Matching Table

I'm having trouble understanding in detail what your problem is, but I think I'm having a similar problem.

My ignition timing starts going up if I maintain throttle position and stay in a gear. It starts at what is called out on the base map, then goes up from there. If I 0 the values in the highway spark table the problem goes away, but why should that matter? My highway spark mode should not enabled under 55mph and this happens below that.

Re: Spark Not Matching Table

Take a look at the spark on the datalog and what I have
in my tables, they don't match.

Re: Spark Not Matching Table

Ok, another clue. Apparently it's only reading from the end of the spark table. It only follows rpm, no LV8 adjustment.

The code will do this on a maybe cold and/or maybe a hot start. I don't remember what does what in this area. Look over these parameters and what they do:

Code:
        ;--------------------------------------------------
        ; HOT RESTART SPARK
        ;--------------------------------------------------
LC029: FCB 113 ; IF COOL > 56c, (129F) DISABLE HOT RESTART
LC02A: FCB 1 ; HOT RETARD,
LC02B:  FCB  113    ; IF COOL >= 45C< (113f) DISABLE HOT Restart SPARK
        ;--------------------------------------------------

    	;--------------------------------------------------
    	; DISABLE COLD SPARK
    	;-----------------------------------------------
LC02C: FCB 255 ; IF COOL FN START > 151C, (304F)

    	;-----------------------------------------------

Re: Spark Not Matching Table

The hot restart spark was the problem. Thanks.
