Needhams EMP-20 and '165?
Ive been searching for a while online, but cant seem to come up with anything. Can I burn chips for a 165 with a Needhams EMP-20 programmer?

Will it program SST 27SF512, 27C128, etc, and equivilant?

Yes it will handle those, so Im good. Is there a difference in any of the 27C128 EPROMs? I have been looking around and see a lot of different types, theres 20I/L, 20I/P, 20I/SO..... do any of these matter?
