Need some sugestions

I need some help on a new set up . For starters i lost a valve spring on a 10,000 Km motor an well we all no what happened from their . So i'am starting this project all over again , this is what i have to work with .
355 cu in ( roller block )
four bolt mains
First Tpi set up
LT1 injectors flow matched 26lb @ 43.5 psi
Vortec heads port matched , will be machined for higher lift
PCM modded for PFI
Speed Density
Comp cam # 08-502-8 ( did not like )

The heads i was told are good for 400 HP max and same for the injectors ?
The Comp cam i would like to go with this time is # 08-466-8 and use the 1.6 :1 rockers . I would appreciate some suggestions or opinions before i start tearing things apart , this way it gives me something to think about in the process . One thing i should mention is this motor is going in a 4x4 and torque i think is the way to go . Almost for got one other thing to think about is emissions , i don't need EGR or CCP but need the Cat . As of last year they did not care what i had as long as it passed the sniffer .
Thanks

Re: Need some sugestions

They all look nice, what one is yours? Do they manufacture a vortec specific TPI baseplate or do they just wobble out the holes for the different angle and not use the center two?
