disable CCP in EBL

I wish to disable. I have the CTS enable temp set 100degC.

Option bit CCP is unchecked. I believe that is correct to disable.

CCP-CL is set. should it de unchecked?

CCP-NC is set. same ? What does abbreviation for NC stand for?

I have it vented to atmosphere so not affecting BLM but I suspect it may affect SA.

Re: disable CCP in EBL

Just un-check the CCP flag and disconnect the electrical connector at the solenoid.

The CCP ECM logic does nothing with the fueling or spark advance. So even if it is left enabled it won't make any changes other then to the CCP solenoid duty cycle.

NC is for normally closed, apply power to open it. GM used both normally open and normally closed CCP solenoids.
