Need help with Ostrich2.0 on procharged 350 tpi..

Friend of mine bought the G1 adapter and Ostrich 2.0. Installed the tunerpro rt. His setup is
E85
90 350 AT ecu
89 350 TPI z motor
r400 auto trans
Procharge psc1
42lb injectors
dual inline pumps
2 bar map sensor
mild cam
forged standard c/r and bore pistons
I dowloaded the anza.bin file from tunerpro's website. And the super_8dm.ecu file. I uploaded the anza.bin to the ecm. The car runs but obviously rich. I cannot get the aldl to connect for logging purposes. The emulator is working and I have messed with the ports and set the latency to 1 and still doesnt connect. It says could not initialize port. Am I using the wrong bin? It says that I have to have matching .xdf and .bin files maybe that I dont have the right one loaded to the ecm? I have been reading through all of these threads and cant seem to get a for sure setup.
Im going crazy!

You have to have the correct *.ads file too....

2bar along with 8D code can be tricky to tune atleast until the 8D_boost.code is released.

8D code is prg for 1bar MAP 0-5V, when you use a 2bar the MAP values getting wrong since 2bar map also is 0-5V.

ex. stock 1bar MAP 50kpA in intake means 2.5v to ECM and code sees 50kPA
using 2bar MAP 50kPa in intake means 1.25v to ECM and code sees 25kPa.
