Just converted to a '730 with SAUJPV4 recently and it runs like poo. Main issue is that it stalls and sometimes dies on AE. Seems like it's functioning properly most of the time and I can see the pw spike, other times it's like fuel cuts out and I see a lean spike/stall. Log, bin and aldl def included take a look and tell me what you think.

3.4 block converted to roller valvetrain with 220/225 cam on 115 lsa, early '769' heads with 3500 valves, LS6 springs & mild porting, worked over heddman headers, 3500 plenum with ported 3400 lower & 'short star' 65mm throttle. 210hp at 5800ft (that's 270hp at sealevel )
Any takers? I've corrected the stuff in the ads & xdf so I know I'm tuning the right table. Also, the pid swings are so high it surges to the point of stalling at idle and it's super lean everywhere. 160 blm's everywhere.

OK, there's just too many problems for me to tackle so in the mean time I've put the '165 back in. I thought the spark dispalyed in the datalogs was just a fluke, but I got out the timing light and it's only running on base spark. No wonder it wants so much fuel. I'm going to sort through the repin again and everything else. If anyone has a good $8D bin runnning either a 3.1 or 2.8 they're willing to share shoot me a pm.
