305tpi, supercharged max timing?

Im running a 305 tpi with a mild cam, stock heads but polished and ported, headers and exhaust,52mm throotle body, 24lb accel injectors,53lb fuel pressure, paxton charger at 6lbs my base timing is set at 6 degrees what should my full advance be around? Im useing tunerpro rt and Blowerworks had set it to 41.8 max advance.i pulled my spark plugs tonight after running his program and the plugs are barely tan with black specs that seems to me like detonation too lean and or maybe too much advance? any thoughts?

Re: 305tpi, supercharged max timing?

MAX timing is fine as long as its less than 45... 41.8 is stock setting and should be fine. it depends on the timing in the timing tables. you have to retard the timing for every lb of boost i thought? are u increasing fuel pressure for every LB of boost with an FMU?

specs could be too rich... im not a good at checking spark plugs. wat is tunerproRT telling you? knock? retard knock timing? anything? wats ur timing tables look like? how are u retarding timing for boost an increasing fuel for boost?
