Initial suggestions on where to tune for this log?
I have a 355 TPI in a 90 firebird. I got an starting tune from LT1 PCM tuning but that a a while back, so I ran out of tuning help there.
The car idles OK until it goes into closed loop and then it starts surging or oscillating from nearly dying to about 1000rpm.
The engine is as follows:
ported Patriot iron vortecs
10.5:1
comp cams CC305 220/230 114
1.6 rollers
Also I can see the engine go lean when I rev in neutral. You can see that in the attached log file also. Do I have move volumetric eff values up?
I appreciate anyone downloading the log and taking a look.

I don't normally use TunerPro RT, and I've never tried looking at an .XDL log file in that program, so I'm probably just doing something wrong.
But when I tried to play that log it showed coolant and manifold air temps of -40 (open circuit), and lots of error codes. I might just be doing something wrong on my end though, I'm used to .txt logs.
