Int vs Blm in ae n pe

Sort of simple and maybe dumb question. As I improve my tune on short rides I am getting into ae then pe more since my lv60 and below 1800 rpm I can dial in at 128 sounds and feels fine at isle and I play with ae tables to get strong launch.

I noticed in my tp log files all my maf tables like 3 up always showed Blm flat line at 131 where before I saw averages vary across Blm vs load.

Lightbulb is I must have been in PE all the time. The car feels ok but little weak initial stumble at mid throttle ae as going into pe

And my ae maf table 2 goes lean like 131-144 range before pe and things flat line

So question my int hit 128 at pe but the Blm flat at 131 like fixed 3 points above int what is this telling me am I leaner or rich? My o2 after lowering the pe % enrich table vs rpm I do not seem to change much from 920-990v

Also I notice in open loop similiar trend Blm flat line then closed loop move
