Digital Dash not working properly.

When I start my car the dash works fine but as soon as everything starts getting warm the odometer section on my dash cuts out and automatically resets to mph, is there some sort of temp. switch in these dashes or something? Every GM dealership i talked to said they would start by getting a whole new dash cluster, but an easier fix would be much appreciated.

Unfortunatly, that sounds like your only alternative. Since the odometer functions are integrated into the cluster, whatever the fault may be, is indeed in the cluster. It may be a poor solder joint or whatever, it unless you are skilled in circuit board repair, it would be very hard to locate and fix the problem. You didn't tell us if you had the T/A w/ digital dash, or a berlinetta. If you have the T/A dash, I have one for sale, at a reasonable price. Email if interested.
