any way to rewire the turn signals to stay on?

may sound stupid, but follow me on this one. i like to drive with my parking lams on in my firebird. only problem is that during the day you can barely see them unlike on the new f-bodies and vettes. my question is can i rewire the turn signals somehow to always be on and istead of getting brighter when flashing, they get dim. so basically i want both of the elements in the bulb to be on, but when i turn on my turn signals, that one side will dim to create the flashing. thanx
