Parking and dash lights come on when I hit the brakes

OK, (this is on my 89 S10)also, the tail lights seem to be very bright, and the left blinker does not work when the head or parking lights are on. I have checked the bulbs, and they are fine, the wiring also appears alright. Both blinkes work when the headlights are off, but the left is very dim and blinks fast. I am pretty puzzled. Any help?

I just figured this on my car. I had a burnt out brake light and figured I'd replace the bulb and put all new ones in the rest of the lights. Well I put all new bulbs in and they were as bright as can be. It looked like my brake lights were constantly on if I had my lights on. It got late on sunday night and so I figured I'd stop. Monday morning I get ready to go to work, I put my foot on the brake and my interior lights and parking lights turn on. I'm like WTF. After work I take all the lights bulbs out in the rear and start putting them back in and check every 2 bulbs to see if my interior and parking lights turn on. I put all 10 bulbs in and hit my brake again and my interior and parking lights don't turn on. Thank God. But my brake lights still looks like brake light is on. If messed around with the bulbs (bulb 2057). The bulb was in and it was at its brightest, I then pull out the bulb out of the socket, turn it 180 degrees and put it back in and its normal. So I hit the brake and it lights up like it should. Sorry that it was so long, but I just figured it all out last night.
