GTABANDIT

I have an 89 trans am gta w/ hei and external coil. I have added a mallory coil and hyfire4 but they both are new and i am positive they are wired properly the car has run fine before. I have also replaced the distributor and triple checked it I feel that it may be the wire leading from the ditributor to the coil . is there any way to test i am sure there is im just frustrated because im breakin in a new 383 and have only logged 1000 mile gettin antsy anyhelp would be great thanx everyone!!!
