Wiring harness removal ( 1990 - 5.7TPI )

OK , I know there are some extemely smart people on here , hopefully someone can help . I am in the middle of a LT1 swap and Im at the point where I have to separate my factory TPI harness from the car . Most of it is disconnected but I am totally stuck in 2 spots . Place #1 is at the Junction block for the fuse box ( under the brake booster ) , and the second thing is getting the ALDL port separated form the car ( <--yes , my entire dash is tore apart ) My wiring harness is sold so I have to be careful I don't hack the hell out of it getting it out .
The wiring part of this is sooooo much harder than I thought . I don't wanna pay someone to do this because I really want the learning expirience . Can anyone help me?

Thanx
