How to install Fog Lights?

I bought my 86 IROC with no foglights so, I bought the brackets and mounting bolts and am going to use plastic KC fog lights to replace the metal stock lights. Now where I run into problems is were to mount the brackets. There should be predrilled holes, right? The brackets are shaped in a L with one hole on one side and two on the other, how does that works?
Thanks-

there are predrilled holes for the factory attachments and brackets. what i did was when i put mine in, which didn't have them before, i just drilled my own and attached them with better bolts and if you want to make your life easier if you need to take them out tap the holes.

just make sur they are even, or they look really funny. and when you hook it up use a relay don't hook it up directly to the switch you are going to use and fuse it also.
