Bought myself an 84 Berlinetta today. Everythings great except for the fact that the speedo doesnt work. It constantly shows 00 no matter what. What might be wrong with this thing?

Your speedo is cable driven I think. Check for a broken speedo cable. It runs from the transmission to the guage. The guage itself could also be broken.

I'll check it tomorrow. The Berlie has the digital dash...I sure hope it's nothing electrical.

I have a 1984 Camaro Berlinetta and the Digital dashboard on it doesn't work right. The speed and the tach readouts don't work at all. But the gas gauge and the other gauges work and I am completely lost on how to fix it and what to do about it. Any input that I could get about it would help me out greatly.
Thanx Rob
