whos wiper motor went?

my wipers dont work it just makes 1 click sound soon as i turn them on, so i got a used one that was tested and put it on it does the same flippin think just makes the single click sound when i turn them on. does it make that sound if its broke or could i be doing something wrong? anyone with info please give it i, am going to go nuts here.

MY DAILY DRIVER: 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart - K&N, CAI, custom sound system. Soon as the warranty is up im installing a RRM Non - Intercooled Turbo Kit and modding the $hit out of it

I just bought a new one. Was not that expensive. Don't remember how much it was, I had other things done at the same time.
