Ultimate HEI Kit

NOTE: For use with non-computerized (4-pin module) HEIs only.

Will this kit fir a 1985 Iroc-Z 305 T.P.I, im about to order it from summit. They say it will fit, but im confused about the module? Its in summitracing.com part #MSD-8501. Please someone help me!

The module isn't the type/doesen't have the provision for ECM control. It's for a early style vacuum advance HEI distributor.
Considering that module is $68 alone, it wouldn't be worth buying the kit just for the cap, coil & rotor.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say you'd need accel ACC-35362 ignitino module if you're wanting to replace it. Though, since the 85 used the coil-in-cap like the LG4's, it may have the 7-pin style like this ACC-35363. I don't know much about the '85 tpi since it doesn't seem like a very popular year to have/keep (as far as TPI goes) and not alot of info comes up about them (that I've seen).
