92 3.1 Bird, bad ECM ground?

Trying to troubleshoot a no start on a 92 Firebird with 3.1L engine. With key in on position, I do not get the SES light on (bulb good). All I have is the Haynes manaual, and the wiring diagrams are mediocre at best. I think I may have a bad ground. At positions B5 and B6, both black wires, I'm not getting ground at them. Before I jumper them, I wanted to make sure I'm testing the right wires. also, I see some things about a ring terminal going bad relating to the ECM? whats this?

Go to the link listed below and browse through it. It contains wiring diagrams for the 92 camaros, but might give you an idea of what to look for. If you plan to keep your car for awhile, you might look at investing a few dollars in the GM service manual for your car. You can order it through your local dealership and it is a excellent investment.
