Can someone tell me the exact procedure for hooking up a manual fan switch for my 89 FORMULA firebird 305 with TPI. I need to know which wire to tap into. i have located the relays but need a wire diagram. Picture of my two connectors that goto the relays is below. Iam hooking up both fans to a toggle switch. I just need to know what wire Iam tapping into on each connector.

Whole lot simpler. Locate the AC pressure switch on passenger side frame rail just back of the battery on the high pressure AC line. Put the toggle switch across these two wires and it will operate both fans through the relays.
I just found the single fan switch wire running from the sensor, permanently grounded it, then spliced a switch into it, and ran into the dash, looks clean and works GREAT. just dont forget to turn it on in traffic

Both of my fans have stopped working. When I purchased the car I noticed a red wire running from the drivers side fan to the fuse box. It looks like this has caused the fuse box to pretty hot. The guy I bought the car from said that he installed a Hypertech switch on the block but it isnt working. Neither of the fans will even come on when the air is running. The only fan that does work is the blower motor. Please help I can't even drive to town without the car overheating.
Thanks
Matt
