Power window window control with alarm hook up?

So I bought this alarm and wired it up, everything hooked up just fine cept I have no clue how to hook up the power windows to the alarm system. I have the Airwolf 20099.

Specs http://www.designtech-intl.com:8080/...atid=36&step=4

It has two aux outputs that can put out 12v when activated. So.. thats all I really have to wire it to the power window switch, but if you look at one of the power window switches, it has four wires going to it and only one of those wires are hot. I figured that when you hit the switch it connects the hot wire to another to roll up, then another to roll down, but then why there are four wires going to this two way switch, I've no clue. I guess I need to go deeper into understanding how this switch works. I would really rather not buy some window mod because they are 40 bucks, you have to be able to hook this aux power lead to something to roll the windows up, or down. Since there is an aux one and two, this can controll up and down.. anyway, help?
