Anyone use antenna tape?

I'm looking to shave my antenna, but i need to relocate it. I've heard of a metal tape i can run along the edge of the windsheild. Has anyone tried it, or something else better?

metal tape on the rear window would be better i think.

I shaved my antenna and didn't relocate it just because i never listen to the radio anyway.

slow down bandit. Metal tape would be best. If you try to put any other antenna inside - it will take up too much space and probably be noticeable. Ask your local auto stores, maybe they can help.

My freind had an 80 camaro with the antenna in the windshield. You might be able to get the same for your car, but that's adding more $ into the equation.
