Here's a diagram of the Fusebox layout:

The Left Hand turn siganl output wire from the Pod to the Light Module is Yellow/Black.

The Right Hand turn signal output wire from the pod to the Light Module is Dk. Green/White.

If you hear a 'click' behind the dash on the passenger side when you move the blinker lever up (right) or down (left) than the signal is being sent from the pod to the Light Module (probably a bad Light Module. No 'click' than there's no signal (probably a bad pod)

If the signals come ON and don't blink than there might be a problem with the flasher relay onthe conveince center or the Light Module is at fault.

All this is only relative if the Fuses and the light bulbs have been checked. A blown fuse or a bad light bulb will make wierd things happen !!!

I just realized that this fusebox layout is from the 85 owners manual and your car is an 84. The Only significant difference is that your car has NO FUSE in the number 6 location.

All other fuses and the AMP rating for each is the same from 84-85.
