gauges mechanical or electricle?

whats the difference between the two? Which are cheaper, easier to install, and most accurate. and can mechanical gauges go in a gauge pillar? Gonna run fp gauge in the fuel rails, electricle a/f ratio gauge. Now i wanna run a oil pressure and water temp gauge inside the gauge pillar and dont kno which to get mechanicle or electricle?????

Mechanical is more accurate, has a bigger 'sweep', and is harder to install. You have to actually run tubing to the gauges, instead of just wires, like on the electric ones. With the high fuel pressure of TPI, you'll need to run an isolator on that fuel pressure gauge so you don't have 40something psi of fuel pressure pointed straight at your face. And thems ain't cheap. If I ever do mine, I'm going to accept the shortfalls of electric gauges so I don't have to run a bunch of tubes through the firewall and up my dash.
