1990 Camaro RS anti theft system HELP!

i have a 1990 camaro rs and the battery drained and now the anti theft is enabled the car cranks but the fuel pump doesnt turn on.can someone help me with this?

Car: 1992 Camaro RS - not real slow anymore...
Engine: SPDC 360 MAF EFI /w a Holley Stealth Ram
Transmission: T5 untill it blows up from to much torque
Axle/Gears: Ford 9" /w auburn pro & 3.89's

There is a chip in the key which must match a specific resistance with the antitheft module. If it matches, then the antitheft module supplies ground to the starter enabler relay. If the key doesnt match, then you must wait 3 minutes to try again. Your problem is not vats related. I would start with the fuel pump relay and use the red test circuit on it(jumper to 12v). Listen if it primes.

I had this happen to me check the power wires going to the pcm. I had one that was damaged.

If it was VATS your car wouldn't crank at all. Check the fuel pump relay and also the fuse next to the battery.
