i just finished doing s speed density swap from a 92 camaro into my 88 trans am and well as a manual trans swap. when i started it it idled at 2000 rpm and promply died. i restarts but does the same thing over and over. also i get a code 43 for the knock sensor. could this be a problem with the knock sensor, the computer i bought at a junkyard, or my custom chip? could it be anything else im overlooking? thank you!

it wouldnt be the computer, usually, especially if u have a custom prom. is the knock sensor new? if not, try replacing it.

some new findings... when i jump A and B to pull codes my IAC starts making noise like its freakin out. also arent my fans supposed to kick on when jump them?
