Headlights stuck at High Beams?

Hey Guys,

Idk if this is the right board but here's my problem.

My High Beams wouldn't stay on, but one of the times i tried to turn them on, they finally stayed on....but now they wont turn off. Oh, and its also NOT clicking when i try to turn them on/off.

I have to get it safety inspected soon and im afraid this will make it fail (but its also kinda dangerous.).

Anyone have any suggestions?

Re: Headlights stuck at High Beams?

The high beam switch (at the bottom of the steering column) is probably defective or requires adjustment.

James is right, it's likely the hi/lo beam switch.
Adjustment procedure (with pictures) can be found here: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=16

If it doesn't help, the switch might be actually broken.
